So I already own Hotline Miami 2 but not the 'digital special edition'. In Payday 2 if you own the digital special edition you get Jacket as a playable character. If I just pay $5 to upgrade to digital special edition will I still get Jacket as a character?

Upgrading your copy would mean you have it on your steam account, and should unlock Jacket for you. I've found nothing saying this doesn't work, and it wouldn't make sense for it not to.

What is this? This is a mod replacing Corey with Hoxton from the game Payday 2.
Why Hoxton and who is Hoxton? Hoxton is the sneaky member of the Payday group, a team of bank robbers who well, rob banks. I chose Hoxton to replace Corey because what kind of stealth member can't do a Barrel Roll?

Any new guns like before? Yep, I replaced the Silenced and regular Pistol, the Double-Barrel Shotgun, and the Uzi.
Why is he black? He's not, that's just his hair (Bald Hoxton resembles Wolf too much).
Did anyone help?/u/tony-chan made an unmasked version of Corey, which I edited so the hair was gone (SOMEONE PLEASE MAKE A BALD COREY), and he also made an unmasked Richter which I used for Chains.
Is there anything left unaltered? The campaign sprites, I made a replacement of Corey's Face Animation and did the menu sprites.
